Registration and login

    It is necessary to register before you can make your first purchase. Create a user account that will be used to make orders, view their progress and use user applications. The registration process will require you to enter your contact information: e-mail (also used as login) and password. Legal entities and natural persons need to enter their Company ID No. and VAT Reg. No., telephone number, invoice – this information is obligatory. You will receive an e-mail confirming your registration was successful. We will send you a new password to the e-mail address you entered during registration should you happen to lose it.

First login

   After you login for the first time, it is necessary to enter your delivery address in the MY PROFILE section, should it be different from the invoice address. Here you may also find the USER MANAGEMENT tool, where you can manage your own login information or add other USERs, who are authorized to make purchases using your Company ID No. This section has only one SUPERUSER, who can add and edit other USERs under the one Company ID No.

Search and selection

  Several ways can be used to search and select products in this online shop. A quick selection can be made using product type or a filter. If you know the catalogue number of the product, you can use the full text search that searches through several parameters at once.

Adding items to your shopping cart and orders

    After finding the required products, insert the desired number to add into your shopping cart. After adding the items, you will be shown the contents of the shopping cart. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the “Cart” button. You can change the number or remove any product from the cart. You may carry on adding other products by clicking on CONTINUE SHOPPING or click on FINISH YOUR ORDER, where you confirm the invoice and delivery address and select the transport option. It is necessary to agree with the terms and conditions at the end of the order process. Then you can finalize your order. You will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your order. You can check the progress of your order in MY PROFILE – Orders – Order Status
